110 Canal Street is a vacant 7-story office building in the Bullfinch Triangle neighborhood of downtown Boston, located one block from TD Garden and North Station. Rhino acquired the asset in December 2023 through a distressed sale and is currently entitling the conversion of the property to an 81-key boutique hotel.
