20 Ledin Drive is a 42,000 square foot warehouse building fully leased to Waste Management. Waste Management utilizes the building as a recycling facility in conjunction with the neighboring property at 40 Ledin Drive. Rhino acquired 20 Ledin in January 2024 and is currently expanding the building to meet Waste Management’s specifications.
