3 Perkins Way is a 140,000 square foot manufacturing facility fully leased to Bradford & Bigelow. B&B is a printing company that specializes in 8.5″ x 11″ workbooks for K-12 school districts. Rhino acquired the building through a long-term sale leaseback with the tenant in March 2024.
